These are delicious, kid-friendly while being allergy-friendly. Gluten-free and dairy-free but flavor-full. This version of my gluten-free dairy-free chicken nuggets recipe calls for them to be baked but you could absolutely fry them. This baked version is just a little less crispy than a fried nugget but still great.
Simply marinate the small pieces of boneless chicken thighs. Then, dredge in some seasoned gluten-free flour. Finally, bake them in the oven on high.
Serve these gluten-free dairy-free chicken nuggets with whatever floats your boat. Oven fries and a vegetable would make this a balanced meal. Speaking of oven fries...
